About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and action-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to lead our BDR team in the US and UK. Based out of our Midtown Manhattan office, this hybrid role is a unique opportunity to drive growth, shape processes, and coach a high-performing team at the forefront of data streaming innovation. If you’re passionate about developing talent, building teams and processes, and rolling up your sleeves to make a measurable impact, we want to hear from you.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing a distributed team of BDRs based in the UK and US; growing and scaling the team as we grow

  • Ensuring alignment with pipeline goals across the team and fostering a culture of excellence through setting and monitoring KPIs to drive results

  • Actively coaching your team; spending time listening to calls, providing feedback and conducting regular 1:1’s to develop and empower your team members 

  • Identifying and addressing bottlenecks within prospecting processes including in tools, messaging, and sales skills 

  • Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to refine processes, messaging, and campaigns

What experience are we looking for?

  • You have experience managing a high-performing BDR team in a high-growth SaaS environment

  • You’re willing to dive into the weeds, lead by example, and support the team in day-to-day activities

  • You have a bias towards action and a hands-on approach to leadership

  • You have strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing team members

  • You’re comfortable working with best-in-class sales software

  • You’re proficient in sales metrics and sales activity analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks

  • You have excellent communication skills and have experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and other departments 

  • You’re enthusiastic about our mission!
