About the role
As the owner of Events Marketing at Conduktor, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global events strategy and operations across the US and European markets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to amplify Conduktor’s brand, generate leads, and ensure our customers succeed. This is an individual contributor role, where you are solely responsible for the end-to-end delivery of events, from concept through to post-event analysis. We are looking for someone to join us on a hybrid basis at our New York office.
What will you be doing?
Design and implement Conduktor’s global event strategy to ensure all experiences align with business goals and brand messaging.
Develop and maintain a global event calendar of speaking engagements, executive roundtables, trade shows, meetups, parties, partner events, live-streamed thought leadership events, and webinars.
Operationally deliver Conduktor’s presence at global events, conferences, and webinars, targeting key decision-makers like CTOs, CIOs, and engineers in enterprise organizations.
Create event plans that align with our marketing and business goals, focusing on raising brand awareness and generating leads
Help C-level executives prepare for events, from speech writing to key messaging, and ensuring smooth follow-ups to seize opportunities
Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to create compelling event-related content that effectively communicates Conduktor’s value to diverse audiences.
Produce onsite content such as videos, social media posts, and interactive elements to engage attendees and amplify reach.
Partner with Demand Generation Marketer to build comprehensive pre- and post-event campaigns aimed at lead generation and audience engagement.
Create detailed post-event analysis reports to capture key insights, measure outcomes against objectives, and inform future event strategies.
What experiences are we looking for?
You have 5+ years of experience in events marketing in B2B tech.
Extensive experience of event delivery for technical buyers, champions and user personas.
Curiosity in our product and aptitude for learning technical concepts.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
You've delivered marketing campaigns that put the customer first and understand how to hit revenue goals at the same time.
You can be scrappy and enjoy getting stuck in. As an early-stage company, we are still building out our growth engine, we want people who are excited about the opportunity to get in on the ground floor.
Willingness to travel internationally.
