About the role
As a Product Marketing Manager at Conduktor, you'll shape the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our platform. You'll need to deeply understand our customers, the competitive landscape, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value of Conduktor’s solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in data streaming and a proven track record in tech product marketing.
What will you be doing?
Developing and rolling out exciting go-to-market strategies for our product updates, teaming up with product management, sales, and engineering to make it happen
Identifying target market segments and creating buyer personas to ensure our products meet real customer needs and drive adoption
Planning and executing successful product launches by coordinating efforts across various teams, making sure everything runs smoothly
Writing engaging and clear messaging that connects with both technical users and business decision makers, ensuring our voice is consistent everywhere
Collaborating with the Product team to create helpful sales materials and conduct training sessions so our sales team has everything they need to succeed
Conducting ongoing market research to keep tabs on industry trends and customer needs, providing insights that shape our product and marketing strategies
Leading the creation of valuable content such as blog posts, webinars, videos and customer success stories that educate our audience and generate interest in our products
What experiences are we looking for?
You have experience working for an early-stage company and are happy to roll your sleeves up and are excited to get in on the ground floor
You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing within the tech or software industry, focusing on B2B products. Experience with data streaming or enterprise software is a must-have
You have a strong understanding of data infrastructure and software development. You can communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way
You’re a strategic thinker and a tactical executor. You have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful GTM strategies
You have excellent communication skills with the ability to craft narratives and present complex ideas clearly
You have strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You’re as comfortable chatting with engineers as you are presenting to execs
You’re data-driven and have the ability to analyse market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to make informed decisions
