About the role
As our Content Marketing Manager, you will drive content planning and creation, focusing on demand generation, and thought leadership showcasing Conduktor’s expertise in data streaming, and customer enablement through practitioner-focused content. This role will develop high-impact content, leveraging major events, product updates, and industry insights as key moments for engagement.
What will you be doing?
Crafting and managing a multi-channel content plan that builds awareness, educates audiences on Conduktor’s offerings, and drives lead generation
Owning a 12-month content calendar; ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders for integrated campaign support.
Scheduling content for publication, and conducting performance analysis
Partnering with marketing and design team members to create multi-format content, to maximize the value and distribution of long form assets
Producing SEO-optimized content across various formats to engage audiences at every stage of the funnel
Creating and refining event-related content to amplify Conduktor’s presence and engagement at key industry events including promotional materials, live coverage, post-event recaps and thought leadership pieces
Developing campaign-specific assets such as email sequences, social posts, and lead-nurturing workflows
What experience are we looking for?
You’re skilled in developing high-quality, B2B tech-focused content
You’re comfortable translating technical concepts into accessible and targeted content
You have experience managing a long-term content calendar focusing on integrated campaign support
You’re proficient in organic SEO strategies and performance metrics to optimize content visibility and engagement
You have previously created impactful content for industry events, including pre-event promotions, live coverage, and post-event recaps
You have experience creating targeted assets for lead generation and nurturing, working closely with demand gen and sales teams
Nice to have
You have prior experience with or an understanding of data streaming
You have managed a content agency
