About the role
As our Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, you will be responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns that drive lead acquisition, nurturing, and pipeline growth. This role focuses on campaign execution and optimisation, leveraging digital marketing strategies to deliver measurable results. You will collaborate with sales, content, events, and product marketing teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
This role requires a tactical executor who thrives on operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. From building nurture flows and marketing automations to optimising campaign performance, you will play a key role in scaling our marketing efforts.
What will you be doing?
Designing and executing CRM campaigns with segmentation and personalization to nurture leads effectively
Coordinating digital campaigns to support events, product launches, partnerships, and content.
Developing and managing paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn to drive traffic and leads
Collaborating with internal teams to align messaging, timing, and campaign assets
Building email nurturing workflows and marketing automations in HubSpot
Creating mailing lists, marketing email templates, sequences, and workflows within Hubspot to facilitate campaign execution
Wrestling with, clean up, enrich, and import event lists for pre-event promotion and post-event follow-ups
Conducting performance analysis to optimize campaigns and share actionable insights
What experience are we looking for?
You have proven experience executing demand generation campaigns in B2B tech or SaaS
You're proficient in HubSpot, with expertise in workflows, segmentation, and reporting
You have experience in Account Based Marketing campaigns
You have strong skills in digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn
You have advanced knowledge of data management in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP) and familiarity with campaign performance metrics
You have demonstrated your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams
Nice to have
