About the role
We are seeking a hands-on and action-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to scale systems and reporting for our go-to-market team in the US and UK. Based out of our Midtown Manhattan office (preferred), this hybrid role is a unique opportunity to drive growth, shape processes, and enable a high-performing team at the forefront of data streaming innovation. What will you be doing?
You will own and optimize the tech stack by managing and enhancing our CRM (HubSpot) and GTM tools, ensuring seamless integrations and maintaining data integrity.
You will improve funnel visibility and reporting by building and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time insights into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance for all stakeholders, including individual reps, managers, and senior leadership.
You will optimize processes by identifying bottlenecks in our lead-to-close workflows, implementing automations, and designing process improvements that maximize revenue opportunities.
You will support GTM execution by managing lists, refining marketing segmentations, conducting territory analysis, developing growth models, and handling other ad-hoc projects.
What experience are we looking for?
You have experience managing CRM systems and other best-in-class GTM technologies (Demandbase, Hubspot, Gong, Zoominfo, etc)
You have confidence having admin permissions to all of our systems
You are comfortable maintaining integrations across the GTM stack in a way that creates meaningful data
You can build reports and dashboards that creates visibility and action across the business
You are comfortable manipulating data in Excel and Google Sheets; pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX, and MATCH functions are your love language
You have a builder’s mindset and are enthusiastic about our mission!
