Improved security integration and Confluent Cloud metrics
Our latest release strengthens Conduktor’s security posture and user experience.
Enhanced SSO login
Console now supports federated OAuth 2.0 authentication with external access tokens: once users are authenticated to their organization’s Identity Provider, they are automatically logged into Console. Technically, Console can now act as an OAuth 2.0 Resource Server that validates and consumes access tokens issued by an external OIDC Identity Provider.
The outcome: Seamless single-sign on experience across applications
Get topic size information for Confluent Cloud topics.
We now support showing Confluent Cloud topic storage sizes throughout the product. This deepens what is shown in Insights center and allows teams to make informed decisions about which topic sizes and cost control.
The outcome: Better understanding of your Kafka usage on Confluent Cloud.
License expiry metric in Console
Platform teams can now monitor and alert on the days until their Conduktor Scale license will expire using the console_license_days_until_expiry metric in Console.
The outcome: Better stability of your platform by being able to proactively update your license.
